7 Day Challenge - Week Two


This Weeks Goal:

  20 Minute Workouts

Low Key Stretching and Intro Yoga


Week one's challenge was stretched an extra couple of days because I wasn't feeling so great. I did okay for the most part. One night we ate a little later than usual but It couldn't be helped. This week I want to introduce some light exercise. This is going to mean doing my 15 minute yoga video and a lot of stretching. I'm actually kind of excited. I really want to do this with no excuses. So I'll be ticking off every day I do it on my ipod tracker. (I love those apps.) Hopefully I'll see seven little stars next Monday.
