7 Day Challenge - Week One

This Weeks Goal:

No Eating After 8pm

(This includes drinking sugary drinks.)

It's a tough challenge because I'm a snacker, and really love my sugary drinks. However, I hopefully will be able to get over the first week and the integrating part won't be so bad. Since the goal of the 7 day challenge is to intergrate a new habit over a week, my hope is when I start my next challenge, this one won't be so hard anymore. I expect I'll be heading to bed earlier as well.
